  • When is payment due?

    There is a 50% down payment required to hold your date & package. The rest can be paid by or on your party date! We accept cash, venmo, cashapp, & most debit & credit cards! There are no refunds, but you can have a credit for a different date if we are given no less than a 21 day notice.

  • What is the age limit for your packages?

    All of our services can be customized for any age! We do have some packages that we have suggested ages for, but that is just to ensure your child is able to have the best experience!

  • Do you have an event space?

    Our dream is to have a physical location to host your special day! For now, we have a list of some of our favorite local event spaces that we highly encourage you to use! Click here to see our list! We can set up almost anywhere, including your own house or backyard!

  • Do you set up & tear down?

    Yes! We want to make your day run as smoothly as possible. Our team will take care of everything from set up to clean up of our packages!

  • Do you lead the activities?

    Most of our packages can be self-led with minimal adult supervision. However, to ensure your child gets the most out of the experience & to keep our products & supplies in good shape, our artist will stay & lead the activities. For older children, some drop-off packages are an option, but need to be determined by artist at time of booking. The price will remain the same.

  • Will you travel outside of your area?

    Yes! Our primary location is Bartlesville & Dewey, Oklahoma, but we love an adventure & can travel to outside locations for a small travel fee (calculated per mile.)
